Our loyalty card terms outline the rules for earning and using loyalty stamp visits, ensuring a fair and consistent experience for customers.

These terms also address how to earn stamps (e.g., requiring the card at time of entry) and potential consequences for misuse.

When your loyalty card is full, exchange this at the time of entry for a free child place, if you are booking online please use the dedicated ‘comp/loyalty’ ticket option, sorry we cannot refund tickets purchased online in error

• Loyalty cards can be given to all customers, simply ask if you would like one or have a current loyalty stamp card
• 1 paid child entry 6 months – 3 years and 4 years – 11 years = 1 stamp (sorry no stamps for under 6 months or adults)
• Multiple children 6 months – 11 years = multiple stamps, e.g. you have 3 children = 3 stamps
• Your card will be stamped and initialled by our team
• Sorry we cannot replace lost or misplaced cards
• Stamps can only be given at time of entry and cannot be retrospectively later during your visit and/or on a later date
• Our loyalty cards have no expiry date, but we reserve the right to withdraw and alter loyalty cards without prior notice, however we will endeavour to make customers aware of any upcoming changes using our email database (if you sign up) and our socials
